Great boat for lake or river water activities. 1979 18.6 foot ebco i/o cobra bowrider open bow boat. powered by 228 mercuiser outdrive with a 305 chevrolet v8 with 4 bbl carburator. boat has 650+ boating hours on the motor. excellent condition for it's age. top and side curtains for cabin enclosure are in great shape. outdrive has stainless. Different manufacturers will have different sizes of open bows....yes, some do have a long mid-cabin with no bigger open bow than a smaller boat, but others (like mine) do have a much larger open bow. also, i don't buy the story of the 28heat doing 74 with just a stock ho.. I remember in 1999 or 2000 mariah had a boat that was a cuddy/open bow hybird. it had a small cabin i think in front of the windshield that you could go thru to get to the front of the boat where there was still open bow seating..
