Totally restored 13' rowboat of classic whitehall design. hull was stripped completely, bead blasted and given 2 coats of 2-part epoxy primer and 2 color coats. all of the wood on the boat is new. wales, seats, quarter knees and breasthook are all done in african "sapele" mahogany and finished with epifanes marine varnish..
